You can request services in two ways:
Call the patient request line at (405) 439-3400 and you will speak with a paramedic or nurse to go through a brief tele-screening call with one of our providers to determine if you are appropriate for our level of care. At this time, it will be determined if your condition can be treated via telehealth alone or the recommendation for an in-home visit by the paramedic or nurse should be done.
You may request an appointment between the hours of 9am to 9pm online on our website. Once we receive your request, you will be contacted to confirm your appointment time. Once your appointment time is confirmed, you will be contacted at that time to begin the tele-screening call.
We will do our very best to accommodate your time request, however, due to volume, we may ask you to consider another time.
Same day service is guaranteed!

My Home Hospital only provides care at the urgent care level. We are able to assist you with many non-emergent conditions. We are NOT an insurance company and do not have the ability to care for your major medical needs or conditions. We would advise you not to cancel your commercial insurance in the event you have a major medical problem or catastrophic event.
Many people are looking to have Direct Primary Care programs tend to their chronic conditions and utilize a high-deductible plan for major medical issues.
Your My Home Hospital membership would bridge the gap between your chronic care with your DCP and the need to be seen at a traditional hospital for a major medical issue.
Our goal is to take care of your urgent care needs and avoid an unnecessary trip to the emergency department if possible.

Annual wellness checks are generally a complex and complete review of your health in totality. Medicare and Medicaid have very specific requirements for these exams.
My Home Hospital focuses on your low-acuity, non-emergent urgent care needs. We will do a physical assessment when we are treating you, but we would advise you to contact your primary care provider for your annual wellness checkup.

Our goal is to bring urgent care to you for your ease and convenience! That means coming to you, so you don’t have to get out in the weather. Our policy is to make every attempt to do so if it is safe for our paramedics and nurses to travel to you.
There may be times that we temporarily suspend operations due to extreme conditions that would put our clinicians in danger of risk of damage to assets and equipment.
Examples of this would be extreme icing, flooding or impassible road conditions, severe hail or tornados in the path/route to your location, etc. Once the conditions have improved and it is safe to resume operations, we will contact you to see if you would still like us to respond to your needs.
In the event you feel your condition cannot wait or is emergent, you should call 911 for a response.
